TOGETHER WITH MYSELF, 2021
canvas, porcelain stoneware, 100x100cm

Each of us should have a private space, a secluded place of strength, immobility and recovery.
A place where you can empty out and fill up again.
But even there we can't always be alone.
The artist takes the ceramic tile in her bathroom as a basis, showing us that this is the only place in his house where she can be alone. According to the author, this is the only room in the house that can be locked, creating privacy.
KK neurotically writes out her thoughts when she is left alone with the white space of the canvas. She says, "Only when I am alone can I contain pure, truthful thoughts."
